In July of 2021, Donnelly Mechanical joined the Equans global business line, and in October 2023, the acquisition of Equans by Bouygues, a French-owned construction company, was successfully completed.

Equans now stands as the largest business segment within the Bouygues Group, boasting impressive sales of €17 billion and employing approximately 97,000 individuals.
