Donnelly Cares is dedicated to helping employees, vendors, clients, and their family members navigate unexpected personal hardship. When someone in our community is struggling, we come together to offer support.
Funds may be applied to a wide range of needs, including natural disasters, unforeseen medical situations, and other major life challenges.
This initiative is sustained by the generosity of our team and the wider Donnelly community through payroll contributions, individual donations, and organized fundraising events. Every contribution, at any level, makes a direct impact.
How It Works
We’re here when you need us
Our process is straightforward and built on trust.
Any member of the Donnelly community may nominate someone in need of support.
Nominate
Team members, trade partners, and clients may submit a nomination for anyone in the Donnelly community who is facing a personal hardship.
Review
Each request is reviewed by the Donnelly Cares Board, which evaluates applications and determines the level of support provided.
Support
Approved recipients receive financial assistance directly. Our goal is to respond with speed, discretion, and genuine care for those in need.
