Donnelly Mechanical is excited to announce the launch of Donnelly Cares, a nonprofit organization created to support the people who make up the Donnelly community.
Donnelly has always been about more than the work we do. We are built on relationships, teamwork, and showing up for one another. Donnelly Cares brings that spirit to life by providing financial assistance to employees, vendors, clients, and their family members who are facing unexpected personal hardship.
Whether someone is navigating a natural disaster, an unforeseen medical situation, or another major life challenge, Donnelly Cares gives our community a meaningful way to come together and help. The initiative is made possible through the generosity of our team members, partners, and wider Donnelly network through payroll contributions, individual donations, and organized fundraising events.
We are especially proud of what Donnelly Cares represents: a stronger, more connected community where people know they are not facing difficult moments alone.
Team members, trade partners, and clients may nominate someone in the Donnelly community who may benefit from support. Each request is reviewed by the Donnelly Cares Board, which evaluates applications and determines the level of assistance provided. Approved recipients receive financial support directly, with speed, discretion, and care.
We are proud to launch Donnelly Cares and grateful to everyone helping make this initiative possible. Together, we can make a real difference for the people who make Donnelly what it is.
