The 10 Year Club was established to recognize employees who have been a part of the Donnelly family for a minimum of ten years. We are proud of their continued dedication and the great work they do each and every day.

On April 11, we inducted and honored our most dedicated staff at our annual 10 Year Club celebration dinner.
New inductee James Buser said, “Donnelly Mechanical has given me the opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable and caring people in the industry. Working with the Donnelly team for the past 10 years has given me invaluable experience and a chance to learn from some of the leaders in the industry, which is something I am very grateful for.”
Lysa Eldridge, our Executive Sales Assistant who has been with Donnelly for 19 years feels that, “Air conditioning is air conditioning. I’m going to do the same thing I do every single day no matter what company I would be at. What keeps me is the people I work with. It’s like working with friends, it’s working with family.”
