A major metro New York public library system is undergoing its most significant renovation in history, with plans to rebuild or renovate nearly one-third of its system within five years. To support this ambitious project, Donnelly Mechanical has been awarded a full service preventive maintenance contract across 60 library locations. This extensive contract ensures that all of the library facilities remain in optimal condition throughout the renovation period and beyond.
Scope Review
Donnelly Mechanical’s five-year contract provides comprehensive preventive maintenance services, ensuring that the HVAC systems in all 60 BPL locations are well-maintained and functioning efficiently. The scope of work includes full-service coverage for repair and maintenance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a comfortable environment for library patrons and staff.
Additionally, in conjunction with the comprehensive full service agreement, Donnelly’s project team is also engaged in providing specialized engineering support and overseeing the replacement of aging equipment across multiple library facilities.
Two dedicated full-time technicians are assigned to this account, providing consistent, expert attention to the library’s HVAC systems across all locations.
