Before The Apprentice, Donald Trump was known for this signature NYC property completed 2001 for $300 million. It’s a 72-floor residential tower rising 861 feet. - 14) 8 Spruce Street
Designed by Frank Gehry, this is one of the world’s highest residential towers – the tallest in the world when it was completed in 2011. 870 feet high, it stands just south of the Brooklyn Bridge. - 13) 10 Hudson Yards

This 978-foot, $700 million office skyscraper is part of the new World Trade Center. With 74 floors, it was completed 2013 and is home to Deutsch Bank and the NY Board of Trade. - 7) One57

Clocking in at 1,396 feet, this is the tallest residential building in the world. It was completed in 2015 and opened with 104 luxury condos. - 1) One World Trade Center
A symbol of resilience, 1WTC was completed in 2013 after seven years and rises to 1,776 feet – the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere.
