Donnelly Mechanical Recognizes 5 Employees as
Recent Grads From The Refrigeration Institute
Donnelly Mechanical is proud to recognize 5 field service employees who recently graduated from The Refrigeration Institute. We would like to congratulate Bryan Montesino, Nekeb (Chad) Laurencin, James Mansfield, Luis Hoyos, and Rejnaldo Shehi. Bryan, Chad, and James were part of Donnelly’s Summer Internship program which allowed each of them to work alongside our technicians and field service supervisors during the busy summer season.
All 5 Graduates Are Now Full-Time Field Service Employees
Each graduate completed a 450 Hour course about Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. According to the director at the Refrigeration Institute, Frank Talty, Donnelly Mechanical helped each of these graduates “connect the dots” to what they were learning in the classroom. Each graduate spoke about their biggest takeaway from the program. Each of these individuals all credited their experience at Donnelly as being a major part in their development.
