Donnelly Mechanical values clients, integrity, innovation and of course our team members. That’s what we call the Donnelly Difference – a commitment to service and expertise. That’s why we are so pleased to announce the addition of 5 new members to our 10 Year Employee Club.
The Club was established to recognize staff that has been a part of the Donnelly team for a minimum of ten years. We are very proud of the continued support and the great work they do each day.
Donnelly now has over 50 team members who have worked here for 10 or more years. The newest members include:

- Nicholaos Rizoglou
- John Battles
- Ted Zafiropoulos
- Justin Colon
We recently enjoyed our annual dinner to celebrate the service and commitment of our most dedicated staff, some of whom have even more than 20 years of experience with Donnelly.
Ted Zafiropoulos, a new inductee to the 10 Year Club, had this to say about the last 10 years at Donnelly Mechanical:
“I cannot believe that I have been at Donnelly Mechanical for 10 years. I guess it’s true that time flies when you’re having fun. The work is hard, fast paced and challenging, no doubt, but I love that my job challenges me every day in different ways. At every new project, I get to interact with a varied group of interesting people. The most rewarding part is that I feel honored when I have repeat clients who trust that our work will always exceed their expectations.
I enjoy having the support and assistance of a great group of coworkers. The sense of teamwork and camaraderie around our department boosts my attitude and productivity. Donnelly has always made me feel valued and appreciated which makes me go home feeling good about my accomplishments each day. I truly believe Donnelly Mechanical is the best company in the industry.”
