Donnelly Mechanical – An EQUANS Company – OLD

In August of 2018, Donnelly Mechanical was acquired by ENGIE, a global energy and services group. The acquisition provided us access to a wide range of new resources including a much larger capital base. These resources have allowed us to offer a broader level of service beyond the typical scope of work including project funding and energy management solutions.

In July of 2021, ENGIE announced the launch of a new global business line called EQUANS.
