Tom Tysz is Donnelly Mechanical’s Human Resources Director with close to 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. He implements organizational practices to achieve and sustain growth for optimal productivity and is dedicated to achieving results while integrating business objectives with Human Resource functionality. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has also earned several certifications in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management and is an active member of that organization on both the national and local levels.
