Tom Krol

Tom joined the Donnelly team in 2012 after serving four years as a Commodity Sales Executive for a nationally recognized energy supplier and services company. Earlier in his career, he managed Class A commercial real estate properties in New York City rising through the ranks to VP, Portfolio Manager focusing on operational efficiencies, property management, acquisitions, and portfolio energy spend.

Tom directed several major building upgrades including chiller conversions and retro-fits, installation of cooling towers, CHP, window and roof replacements, elevator modernizations, steam station and electrical distribution upgrades.

Throughout his career, Tom has sat on numerous panel discussions, made presentations, and has served as Moderator and Master of Ceremonies at several industry events.

He currently is the Allied Director on the Board of Directors of BOMA NY, Chairperson of BOMA NY Pinnacle Awards, member of the Professional Development Committee, and member of the Energy and Sustainability Committee. Tom is also a judge for the BOMA MAC and International TOBY Awards and a member of the New York Energy Consumers Council. He earned his LEED AP designation in 2008, WELL AP accreditation in 2018, and Refrigeration Engineer License in 1982. Tom received his AAS at SUNY, Farmingdale, and his BS degree at Manhattan College.
