HVAC Construction, Critical Projects:
Installation of A New HVAC System

A 75-year old building in Lynbrook, NY needed to be gutted and renovated to accommodate a healthcare occupancy on a new 30-year lease with Simone Healthcare Development. The extensive two-year, $19 million renovation of the more than 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical office facility required a complete mechanical renovation.
the project
The newly renovated building was in need of a new HVAC system. The new facility now houses 70 employees, including 14 physicians, in several disciplines: cardiology, family medicine, gastroenterology, internal medicine and pulmonology, as well as general, urological and vascular surgeons.

As a result of comprehensive pre-installation planning, including developing a way to maintain temperatures in the empty building during the cold winter months as needed, Donnelly Mechanical completed this complex new HVAC installation project on time (i.e.: by the set ribbon cutting date) and within budget.
